Arne Erlandsen new head coach
Arne Erlandsen has said "yes" to Ham-Kam. Former Ham-Kam star Vegard Skogheim joins as his assistant.
Monday it was clear: Arne Erlandsen takes over as Ham-Kam's new head coach, replacing Frode Grodås. Vegard Skogheim joins Erlandsen in the bid for promotion. Arne Erlandsen left his job as head coach for IFK Gothenburg in Sweden, where he was twice named "Coach of the Year". Erlandsen has also lead Lillestrøm for several seasons. He is believed to be of the same school as Ståle Solbakken. Vegard Skogheim has a very special position in Ham-Kam, and will be dearly welcomed. He has had some success as coach in Kongsvinger, which he took to promotion from 2. division to 1. division, followed by play-offs to the Tippeligaen (Norwegian Premier League) in 2005. As a player he was excellent for Ham-Kam, and also played for Viking and Werder Bremen in German Bundesliga.
