Liverpool and Mannix have agreed on terminating the contract, and Ham-Kam is the former red's first choice for a new club.

David Mannix's move to Ham-Kam could be close, if he is willing to accept a good contract, even though by Norwegian first division standard. Mannix has stated that he is impressed by the club, the administration and the environment around the club. Hence he is willing to choose Ham-Kam before clubs like Burnley, Preston and Bristol City, according to liverpool.no.

Mannix' agent, John Neald, says that David is impressed by Arne Erlandsen in particular, and by the way he is very clear on what kind of football he wants his team to play. Davis Mannix regards this a type of football that suits him well.
